When will my order ship?
Typically our processing time is 1-3 weeks; however, during sales it can be longer.
Can I return or exchange?
Due to the nature of the items, items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to request a cancelation to an order it must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Can I change my address?
You are responsible for providing an up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
Can I return my order?
All sales are final. Returns are not currently eligible.
My order was damaged, what can I do?
Please inspect your package upon arrival & contact us immediately if anything is defective or missing. We will gladly replace or send out missing items.
